Corby Enterprise Centre, located in the Priors Hall estate, provides flexible office, studio, and meeting spaces designed to support growing businesses. Opened in 2010 as part of Corby’s regeneration efforts, the Centre offers a professional environment with modern facilities for start-ups and established companies. 

It houses 38 offices, 15 studios, and three meeting rooms, offering 24/7 access for tenants. The Centre also provides in-house business support, helping local enterprises thrive. Additionally, it has become a hub for more than 100 businesses, contributing significantly to Corby’s economic development.

The primary goal of the CEC website was to offer quick, easy access to information about office and studio space availability. The homepage was designed to focus on these spaces, allowing users to swiftly find and explore details with just a few clicks. The design was to be kept clean and simple, using brand colours to highlight office and studio spaces in bold sections for maximum impact. A mobile-first strategy ensured a seamless experience on smaller screens.
