They handle the full process from design to global distribution, offering over 30 mix-and-match collections focused on quality and value. Their operations span Vietnam and China, where nearly 1,000 team members bring skills in areas such as sourcing, CAD design, CNC machining, assembly, quality control, and warehousing.

With a strong commitment to local development, Kettle Interiors has invested in regional talent to maintain exceptional standards across their manufacturing and distribution.

Kettle Interiors Direct (KID) aimed to streamline their online ordering by replatforming the e-commerce section to PrestaShop. After migrating, products were organised into specific categories with embedded call-to-actions to guide users smoothly through the purchase journey. As a B2B-focused site, the redesign included a dedicated login and signup flow. Additionally, the visual design was refined to align with KID’s branding and accommodate clients in areas with slower internet connectivity, ensuring accessibility for all users.

The primary area of user experience improvement for Kettle Interiors Direct was the order form. This section required multiple customizations, including a CBM (cubic metre) calculator that tracked container space as customers added products. To manage inventory effectively, the form also restricted unavailable items from being ordered. Additionally, a priority dropdown allowed customers to mark essential items within their order, enabling the sales team to easily remove lower-priority items if the container reached its limit, thus simplifying order management and maximising efficiency.
